Experience required & Key responsibilities:

• Minimum 8 to 12 years of experience into Branch Banking having team handling experience in a similar or equal role.
• Lead sales team and drive branch business
• Manager daily operations, cost management & compliance
• Manage Every day process of the branch
• Ensure customer service and relationship management
• Achieve business targets for CASA and cross-selling products
