Job Description
- Responsible for managing the day to day activities of the franchisee.
- Responsible to achieve daily / weekly / monthly targets as specified by the BM.
- Ensure PCP Pre Counseling Preparedness
- Maintain & follow grooming standards as specified in the SOP Manual.
- Adhere to Enquiry Management & Booking Process as specified in the SOP Manual.
- Responsible to handle enquiries through - Walkin, Telephonic, Email, City PSA & Travel Agents.
- Ensure that customer is provided with complete details pertaining to the product & cost.
- Responsible for relationship building and servicing the city PSA & TAs.
- To maintain query turn around time as per SOP
- Initiate telesales calls for follow ups & closure of sales bookings
- Responsible to coordinate with service team for post sale process.
- Maintain Daily Sales Report
