Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented professional to lead our Agency Business Partner (ABP) Channel. The Branch Head / Senior Branch Head will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing key business metrics, and ensuring sustainable business growth. The role involves building and leading high-performing teams, developing Agency Business Partners, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive business performance by engaging Agency Business Partners (ABPs) and Financial Consultants (FCs) to achieve sales targets and organizational objectives.
  • Achieve business KPIs, including FYWRR, persistency (13M), product mix, advisor program qualification, and ABP/LP promotion targets.
  • Lead the branch as a profitable unit by focusing on agent activation, retention, and cost efficiency.
  • Provide structured support to ABPs for sustainable growth and team development.
  • Guide and develop Front Line Sales (FLS) teams in recruitment, performance management, and productivity enhancement.
  • Build a strong pool of Financial Consultants through market hiring and referrals, ensuring 100% manpower strength.
  • Oversee sales funnel management (lead pipeline, product mix, productivity, and initiatives) to achieve branch objectives.
  • Monitor FLS probation success through timely training and development support.
  • Ensure adherence to business hygiene standards, compliance, and operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive seamless execution of strategies.

Work Experience

  • Minimum 7-9 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in team management.
  • Prior experience in the BFSI sector is preferred.

Qualification

  • Graduate (minimum); Postgraduate preferred.
