Job Description

As a Branch Head, you will oversee the branch's daily operations, drive revenue generation, and ensure the achievement of sales targets.

You will lead a team of on roll employees team and staff, focusing on recruitment, training, and development, while fostering a culture of excellence and high performance. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of the life insurance sector and agency channel dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Branch Management: Oversee overall branch operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Revenue Generation: Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Team Management: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales manager, promoting a high-performance culture.
  • Agency Channel Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with agency business partners to enhance branch performance.
  • Recruitment & Training: Identify, recruit, and develop talent within the agency channel, ensuring a pipeline of skilled agents.
  • Sales & Marketing: Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote insurance products and expand market reach.
  • Branch Development: Identify opportunities for branch growth and improvement, implementing strategies to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and operational metrics to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; relevant certifications in insurance are a plus.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in the life insurance industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial role (Branch Manager, Branch Head).
  • Proven track record of revenue generation and sales achievement within an agency channel.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in team building and management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software.
