Job Description
- Implement digital building strategy and smart building frameworks across portfolio
- Oversee onboarding of buildings to BOS platform including data ontology mapping and validation
- Integrate BMS, IoT devices, HVAC, lighting, and fire systems with cloud platforms
- Analyze real-time building data to identify inefficiencies and improve energy performance
- Manage system enhancement projects and coordinate with OEMs/vendors for upgrades and fixes
- Ensure cybersecurity compliance for all connected OT/IT building systems
- Act as escalation point for BOS integration issues and ensure system uptime and reliability
- Maintain and audit digital asset inventory including hardware, software, and licensing
- Support troubleshooting of building automation and connectivity issues
- Prepare technical reports and dashboards for operational decision-making
