Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with client customers to identify and book meeting rooms and event spaces within corporate offices in the APAC region.
  • Respond promptly to customer requests and inquiries, ensuring bookings are processed accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide clear and timely communication to customers throughout the booking process.
  • Coordinate with local Service Delivery teams to ensure smooth handoff of booking details for event execution.
  • Maintain accurate booking records and documentation for all reservations.
  • Support customers during designated APAC time zone hours as part of a three-person permanent booking team.
  • Deliver professional service excellence in a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across different time zones to ensure seamless booking coordination.
  • Utilize booking systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) to manage operations.
  • Contribute to the overall customer experience by demonstrating a positive, professional, and service-oriented demeanor.
