Hiring for BOM/PLM Engineer.
Responsibilities:
1 Own endtoend BOM lifecycle management across engineering releases ensuring structure accuracy and completeness
2 Manage PDMPLM systems for product data integrity change tracking and documentation compliance
3 Drive Azure DevOps ADO tracking and cycle time governance across Tracks and related workflows
4 Monitor and enforce SLA adherence with proactive followups on critical and aging tickets
5 Ensure data quality and hygiene across BOM ADO and program tracking systems
6 Analyze ADO tickets and BOM changes to identify delays defects and root causes
7 Ensure timely ECRECOVCO approvals through structured stakeholder followups
8 Deliver weekly metrics and performance insights cycle time backlog SLA with high data accuracy
9 Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency
10 Support leadership with datadriven reporting and operational insights
