Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement ITSM solutions using BMC Remedy
- Collaborate with teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for ITSM projects
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ITSM implementation
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and provide technical support
