Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ITSM solutions using BMC Remedy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and prioritize requirements
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for ITSM projects
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ITSM implementations
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
