BMC Helix / BMC Remedy Professional
Job Description
• Strong experience in BMC Helix Remedy development, administration, configuration, and support.
• Manage ITSM processes including Change Management, Incident Management, and Service Management workflows.
• Work with BMC Smart IT, Digital Workplace, and Helix ITSM modules for enterprise service delivery.
• Handle BMC Product Catalog, Service Catalogue, and ITSM platform configurations.
• Support BMC Remedy migration activities and ensure smooth transition across environments.
• Work with BMC Helix Data Manager and related tools for system integration and data handling.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for release planning, execution, and coordination.
• Ensure platform stability, monitoring, and continuous service improvement.
• Support discovery and CMDB-related functionalities using BMC Discovery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in ITSM environments.
