BMC Helix / BMC Remedy Professional
Job Description
• Strong experience in BMC Helix Remedy development, administration, and configuration.
• Hands-on expertise in ITSM modules including Change Management, Service Management, and Product Catalog.
• Work with BMC Smart IT and BMC Digital Workplace for enterprise service management solutions.
• Experience in BMC Helix ITSM components including Smart IT, Digital Workplace, and Data Manager.
• Manage and support BMC Remedy migration and upgrade activities across environments.
• Configure and maintain IT service management workflows and process automation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements and implement ITSM solutions.
• Provide technical leadership in designing scalable IT service management architectures.
• Ensure smooth operation of incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in enterprise ITSM systems.
