- The candidate should have specific experience in Blood Bank operations and a strong understanding of the FDA approval process for medical facilities.
- The candidate will be responsible for overseeing blood bank activities, ensuring that all procedures comply with safety and regulatory standards, and obtaining necessary FDA approvals for blood bank operations.
- The role involves coordinating with other medical and administrative staff to ensure the smooth functioning of the blood bank, maintaining records of blood donations, screenings, and ensuring the proper storage of blood and blood products.
- The candidate must ensure that all blood bank operations meet legal and ethical standards, maintaining the quality of service and patient safety.
