Job Description
- ensure accurate input of opportunity details including start and end dates in dd-mm-yyyy format
- verify that the start date is not older than the current date
- validate city names to exclude digits and special characters
- check that the number of volunteers entered is numeric and greater than the number of approved volunteers
- prevent submission of data fields containing special characters such as % or )
- coordinate with center representatives to confirm that location and volunteer numbers are up to date
- support users or NGO coordinators in correcting invalid or incomplete entries
- work closely with the data quality team to maintain consistent and clean data across the platform
- generate reports of rejected entries and track patterns of common errors
