Blended Customer Support Agents (Voice + Chat).

We are seeking enthusiastic Blended Customer Support Agents (Voice + Chat) to join our team. Position Overview:

• Role: Multichannel Customer Support Specialist (International Voice & Chat/Messaging)
• Experience: At least 2 years of international customer support experience, adept in both voice and chat interactions
• Industry Experience (mandatory): FinTech, Banking, Insurance, Financial Services, or Cryptocurrency sectors
• Work Location: On-site at our office
• Shift Pattern: Rotational shifts with scheduled week-offs
• Contract Duration: Initially 9 months, with potential for extension

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities
• Proven experience managing complex customer inquiries, escalations, and high-volume tickets
• Understanding of key customer support performance metrics including CSAT, QA, TTR, and FCR
• Basic familiarity with AI-assisted support tools is advantageous
• Language Proficiency (Versant): C1 level, with a target score of 75–77+
