BIM Modeller/ BIM Engineer - Revit Electrical

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and skilled MEP BIM Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and management of Building Information Models for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems using industry-standard BIM software tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed 3D MEP models using Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure model accuracy and coordination
• Perform model updates and modifications based on revised designs and specifications
• Extract 2D construction drawings and detailed sections from 3D BIM models
• Run clash detection, generate clash reports, and facilitate coordination during design meetings
• Maintain and enhance the project's BIM library, including creation and updates of BIM families
• Contribute to the development and implementation of BIM standards and best practices across projects

Qualifications

• 3-year Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering, or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in MEP BIM modeling using Revit and AutoCAD
• Strong understanding of MEP systems design, coordination, and BIM integration
• Proficiency in software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams
• Self-motivated with a strong commitment to continuous learning and development
