Job Description

Core responsibilities

  • Project management: Manage daily activities, oversee project timelines, and coordinate with various stakeholders like architects, contractors, and subcontractors.
  • Site supervision: Supervise construction activities to ensure they align with project plans and specifications, including checking the accuracy of work and verifying materials used.
  • Quality and safety: Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and quality standards on the construction site.
  • Technical duties: Review project plans, conduct site inspections, undertake surveys, and resolve any technical issues that arise.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit progress reports, and maintain detailed documentation of all site activities and transactions.
  • Resource and budget management: Manage project budgets, schedule material and equipment purchases, and make recommendations to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
