BI Designer/Developer or MSTR Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, support, and deliver BI / reporting applications using MicroStrategy
• Perform query optimization and performance tuning on SQL and MSTR reports
• Work as part of the support team to code, unit test, and resolve issues
• Analyze root causes of recurring problems and provide permanent solutions
• Provide technical leadership for the MicroStrategy suite of tools
• Ensure OLA/SLA commitments are met as per business agreements
• Document all issues, resolutions, and maintain a knowledge repository
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality BI solutions
