Job Overview:

- In your role within the Infosys consulting team, your main responsibility will be to delve into customer challenges, identify problem areas, design creative solutions, and oversee implementation to ensure client satisfaction.
- You will take ownership of sections of the proposal document, contributing your expertise to solution design and development.
- Your responsibilities will include planning configuration activities, setting up the product according to the design, conducting conference room pilots, and addressing any queries related to requirements and solution design.
- You will facilitate product demonstrations, conduct Proof of Concept (POC) workshops, and create effort estimates that align with customer budget constraints while adhering to the organization’s financial policies.
- You will lead smaller projects and participate in unit-level and organizational initiatives, aiming to deliver high-quality, value-added solutions to our clients.

Technical Qualifications:
- We seek candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing reporting solutions using OAC and OAS.
- The ideal candidate should possess solid knowledge and understanding of data and semantic modeling concepts.
- Experience in implementing and/or supporting large BI systems or solutions is essential.
- The candidate must be adept at understanding both business and functional requirements, translating them into detailed design specifications.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills are a must.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members across different geographical locations are required.
Additional Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of software configuration management systems.
- Excellent business acumen, strategic insight, and thought leadership across industries.
- Awareness of emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Logical reasoning and problem-solving capabilities, alongside collaborative skills.
- Knowledge in two or three industry domains.
- Understanding of financial processes for various types of projects and the different pricing models available.
- Strong client-facing abilities.
- Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Experience in project and team management.
