Job Description

Key Deliverables:

  • Drive broadband network roll-out plans by identifying and executing home pass expansion opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with Local Cable Operators (LCOs) to ensure effective infrastructure implementation.
  • Ensure profitability and smooth onboarding of LCOs with proper training on Airtel systems and tools.
  • Maximize home network utilization through quality home pass coverage and zero lead loss.
  • Deliver business growth by maintaining high customer experience standards and ensuring timely network upgrades.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Analyze geographic data to identify pocket-wise expansion opportunities and optimize rollout plans.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Network, D2C, HDO teams) and external partners (LCOs, vendors) for execution.
  • Build systems for seamless partner engagement, ensuring financial viability and partner profitability.
  • Monitor, guide, and support partners in achieving business targets and maintaining Airtel standards.
  • Leverage financial and analytical skills to manage investments and ensure ROI in assigned territories.
