BDC Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience a typical day as an Infoscion
• In your role with the Infosys consulting team, your main focus will be to identify core customer challenges, assess problem areas, devise innovative solutions, and oversee implementation to ensure client satisfaction
• You will take ownership of segments of the proposal document, contributing insights into solution design based on your areas of expertise to develop comprehensive proposals
• You will schedule configuration activities, adjust the product according to the specified design, conduct conference room pilots, and assist in addressing any queries related to requirements and solution design
• You will perform product demonstrations, conduct Proof of Concept (POC) workshops, and prepare effort estimates that align with customer budgetary constraints while adhering to the organization's financial policies
• Take the lead on small projects and contribute to initiatives at both the unit and organizational levels with the aim of delivering high-quality, value-added solutions to clients

Technical Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in migrating SAP BW Classic non-HANA on-premise systems to SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC)
• Deep understanding of SAP Datasphere architecture, with a strong background in data modeling utilizing graphical views and SQL views, as well as experience in creating analytical datasets, including facts and dimension views
• Experience with SAP BW integration and connectivity, particularly between SAP BW and Datasphere, as well as SAP BW Bridge
• Familiarity with data integration patterns spanning both SAP and non-SAP sources
• Experience in the banking and finance domain, including a finance background and familiarity with finance-oriented data products

Additional Responsibilities:

• Proficiency in SAP Joule Studio to develop AI capabilities within SAP
• Experience with Python for SAP Datasphere, including automation, data preparation, and integration support
• Finance is the top priority
