Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and customer loyalty
- Drive promotion and sales of products/services to meet or exceed sales targets
- Generate new business leads and convert them into long-term clients
- Identify short- and long-term growth opportunities for client accounts and the company
- Prioritize clients, address concerns, and ensure quick and effective issue resolution
- Communicate client requirements to relevant internal departments (product, marketing, support, etc.)
- Create and deliver compelling presentations to showcase company products and services
- Ensure the timely execution of all planned marketing and promotional activities
Candidate Profile:
- Prior experience in the e-commerce or media industry is highly preferred
- Proven track record in sales and business development
- Strong communication skills – both verbal and written in English
- A pleasing personality with client-facing confidence and a solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with internal teams
- Proficiency in making client presentations and negotiating deals
