Required Skills and Experience:

• Experience: 4-12 years of experience in business analysis and project management, preferably within Treasury and Financial Services.
• Industry Experience: Previous experience working for international investment banks (priority) or domestic banks (secondary)
• Domain Knowledge:
• Strong experience in Treasury functions, including Treasury Clearing, Collateral Management, Liquidity Management, Corporate Funding, Credit Repo, Credit Prime Brokerage, and Financing Operations.
• Experience with Credit Mainframe decommissioning or similar legacy system transitions.
• Project Management Skills: Proven track record of managing projects within the financial services industry.
• Methodologies: Familiarity with agile and waterfall project management methodologies.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams effectively.
• Technical Skills: Understanding of financial systems and relevant tools; experience with Treasury or risk management systems is a plus.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications like Business Analysis (CBAP) and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) are desirable.
