Banking Operation Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Customer support profile involving interaction with customers through inbound and outbound calls
• Resolve customer issues effectively and ensure satisfaction

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Any Graduate / Post Graduate / Undergraduate – freshers or candidates with a minimum of 6 months of experience in international voice process (mandatory)
• Only customer service experience considered
• International voice or technical background preferred
