Job Description
Mantras2success Consultants is seeking a meticulous Back Office Executive to join our team. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily operations, managing workflows, and coordinating with various teams to ensure seamless administrative support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, preparing essential reports, handling invoicing and quotations, and providing crucial data processing and tender documentation support to our sales and supply chain departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Oversight: Oversee daily back-office operations and effectively manage workflows to ensure efficiency and smooth processes.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate closely with various internal teams to support cross-functional objectives and streamline information flow.
- Record Management & Reporting: Maintain precise records and prepare comprehensive reports to support business insights and decision-making.
- Financial Administration: Handle invoicing and quotations, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Sales & Supply Chain Support: Provide critical support to the sales and supply chain departments, including data processing and assisting with tender documentation.
