Job Description
Key Deliverables:
- Achieve sales targets for Data, Voice, Broadband, and Fixed Line services across new and existing B2B accounts.
- Drive new account acquisition and expand wallet share in existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales funnel with clearly defined stages of maturity.
- Collect and analyze competitive intelligence to plan proactive market interventions.
- Ensure timely delivery and implementation of solutions as per client expectations.
Role Responsibilities:
- Serve as the single point of contact for clients, managing the end-to-end relationship lifecycle.
- Build long-term client relationships focused on trust, growth, and customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts and commercial terms to maximize business outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Track market trends, customer feedback, and competitor actions to refine sales strategies.
