Job Description

Key Deliverables:

  • Drive sales for Data (Internet Bandwidth, MPLS, Cloud), Voice (Postpaid), Broadband, and Fixed Line services across Guwahati, Aizawl, and Tezpur.
  • Expand Customer Market Share (CMS) and Revenue Market Share (RMS) in both new and existing accounts.
  • Ensure timely and effective delivery of services as per customer requirements.
  • Identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities to grow business.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture strong, long-lasting client relationships as the single point of contact for all services.
  • Strategically negotiate and finalize deals to maximize revenue.
  • Develop a healthy sales pipeline and convert prospects through consistent client engagement.
  • Monitor competition and gather market intelligence to drive sales planning.
