Job Description

Key Deliverables:

  • Drive B2B sales across Data (Internet Bandwidth, MPLS, Cloud), Voice (Postpaid), Broadband, and Fixed Line services within assigned territory.
  • Achieve Customer Market Share (CMS) and Revenue Market Share (RMS) growth through new client acquisition and account expansion.
  • Ensure seamless solution delivery and installation in coordination with internal teams.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to existing clients to maximize revenue and client value.
  • Maintain an active and mature sales funnel for all three Lines of Business (LoBs).

Role Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients to drive retention and satisfaction.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts aligned with revenue goals.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for clients, ensuring timely resolution of issues and alignment of solutions to client needs.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify sales opportunities and develop strategic sales plans.
  • Conduct regular client engagements and reviews to drive consistent business growth.
