Job Description
Key Deliverables:
- Drive B2B sales across Data (Internet Bandwidth, MPLS, Cloud), Voice (Postpaid), Broadband, and Fixed Line services within assigned territory.
- Achieve Customer Market Share (CMS) and Revenue Market Share (RMS) growth through new client acquisition and account expansion.
- Ensure seamless solution delivery and installation in coordination with internal teams.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to existing clients to maximize revenue and client value.
- Maintain an active and mature sales funnel for all three Lines of Business (LoBs).
Role Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients to drive retention and satisfaction.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts aligned with revenue goals.
- Serve as the single point of contact for clients, ensuring timely resolution of issues and alignment of solutions to client needs.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify sales opportunities and develop strategic sales plans.
- Conduct regular client engagements and reviews to drive consistent business growth.
