Job Description
Key Deliverables:
- Drive installations and activations for Data, Voice, and Fixed Line services in accordance with assigned targets.
- Acquire new accounts (hunting) and develop long-term business relationships through upselling and cross-selling.
- Build and maintain a qualified sales funnel for all lines of business, tracking maturity and revenue potential.
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitive activities, and implement proactive sales strategies.
- Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring maximum value for the client and the organization.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure on-time and successful solution delivery as per client requirements.
Role Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle, from lead generation to order fulfillment.
- Develop and nurture long-term customer relationships at CXO and decision-maker levels.
- Lead and manage client meetings, solution pitches, and customized proposals.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them achieve business objectives using Airtel's digital solutions.
