Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve installation and sales targets across all three product lines: Data, Voice, and Fixed Line.
- Acquire new accounts (hunting) and increase share of wallet in existing accounts (farming).
- Maintain and nurture a qualified sales funnel with defined maturity stages.
- Execute upsell and cross-sell strategies to maximize revenue per customer.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor competitor activities, gather market intelligence, and devise counter strategies.
- Ensure timely and effective delivery of Airtel solutions aligned with customer needs.
Products Handled:
- Broadband
- Leased Line (Dedicated Internet Access)
- PRI Line (ISDN Services)
- Postpaid & Prepaid SIM Cards
Desired Profile:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with an ability to understand and deliver solutions.
- Proactive approach with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience in Telecom/ISP/B2B sales preferred.
