Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve installation and sales targets across all three product lines: Data, Voice, and Fixed Line.
  • Acquire new accounts (hunting) and increase share of wallet in existing accounts (farming).
  • Maintain and nurture a qualified sales funnel with defined maturity stages.
  • Execute upsell and cross-sell strategies to maximize revenue per customer.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor competitor activities, gather market intelligence, and devise counter strategies.
  • Ensure timely and effective delivery of Airtel solutions aligned with customer needs.

Products Handled:

  • Broadband
  • Leased Line (Dedicated Internet Access)
  • PRI Line (ISDN Services)
  • Postpaid & Prepaid SIM Cards

Desired Profile:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused with an ability to understand and deliver solutions.
  • Proactive approach with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Prior experience in Telecom/ISP/B2B sales preferred.
