Databricks Developer with AI Agentic experience and a strong engineering mindset. Preferably has data migration experience.
Please prioritize candidates who can demonstrate actual hands-on delivery experience rather than only general Databricks exposure in the following areas
Building Databricks ingestion frameworks with an emphasis on rapid development, reuse, automation, and performance
Applying an AI-agentic engineering mindset to automate or accelerate data engineering activities
Migrating Informatica PowerCenter mappings and workflows to Databricks, including modernization and reengineering of legacy ETL patterns. May be lift and shift or using Agents
Hands-on expertise with Spark, PySpark SQL, Delta Lake, orchestration, performance tuning, and production-scale Databricks implementations
