Azure Data Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain data pipelines for data ingestion, processing, and transformation in Azure.
• Collaborate with analysts to understand data requirements and create effective data workflows.
• Create and maintain data storage solutions including Azure SQL Database, Azure Data Lake, and Azure Blob Storage.
• Utilize Azure Data Factory (ADF) or comparable technologies to create and manage ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) operations.
• Implement data validation and cleansing procedures to ensure data quality, integrity, and reliability.
• Optimize the scalability, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness of data pipelines.
• Monitor and resolve data pipeline issues to ensure consistency and availability of data.

Mandatory Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Databricks (ADB), and Snowflake.
• Expertise in data migration, data modeling, and ETL processes.
• 8-10 years of relevant experience in Data Engineering.
• Client-facing experience (interviews required).
