Job Overview

We are seeking experienced AxiomSL / ControllerView Developers to help design, implement, customize, and continuously improve regulatory reporting solutions for banking and financial services clients.

The successful candidate will bring strong, practical experience with the Axiom ControllerView platform, a solid understanding of regulatory reporting needs, and proven involvement in client-specific and jurisdiction-specific implementations.

Experience with Nasdaq RegCloud, migrations from on-premise AxiomSL to RegCloud, and regulatory reporting frameworks will be considered an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

1. Support AxiomSL implementation and enhancement work throughout the full project lifecycle.
2. Join client discovery workshops, requirements gathering, and solution design discussions.
3. Configure and customize Axiom ControllerView solutions in alignment with client needs and regulatory requirements.
4. Work closely with Nasdaq stakeholders, clients, solution architects, and subject matter experts.
5. Review client data and implement appropriate regulatory reporting solutions.
6. Carry out hands-on development using Axiom ControllerView and associated technologies.
7. Participate in development activities, unit testing, integration testing, and production support.
8. Assist with migration efforts from on-premise AxiomSL to Nasdaq RegCloud.
9. Provide expertise across Capital Risk, Local Regulatory Reporting, Trade and Transaction Reporting, GSD Reporting, FinReg, and FINSTAT.
10. Conduct end-user training and deliver technical and functional support.
11. Monitor and stay current with regulatory reporting requirements and industry developments.
12. Follow SDLC best practices and maintain precise technical and functional documentation.

Nice-to-Have Skills

JIRA, MS Office, Agile Methodologies, Scrum, Certified Scrum Master, RegTech Solutions, Cloud Computing Fundamentals, Cloud Migration, XBRL, XML.

Experience Required

• 4–7 years of overall AxiomSL implementation experience.
• Minimum 2.5 years of hands-on Axiom development experience.
• Experience with Axiom ControllerView v9/v10.
• Experience with Nasdaq RegCloud or on-premise AxiomSL to RegCloud migration.
• Banking, financial services or capital markets domain experience.
