Description

We are seeking a skilled AWS Support Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in cloud technologies and will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers using AWS services.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for AWS services and solutions to customers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure and services.
• Assist customers in deploying and managing their AWS resources efficiently.
• Educate customers on best practices for using AWS services.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve customer issues and improve service offerings.

Skills and Qualifications

• 3-8 years of experience in cloud support or related fields.
• Strong understanding of AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, and Lambda.
• Experience with Linux/Unix systems and basic networking concepts.
• Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience with AWS CLI and SDKs.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools in AWS.
