Key Responsibilities

• Oversee, support, and manage AWS-based production environments.
• Identify and resolve application and infrastructure challenges.
• Engage in incident management, problem management, and root cause analysis (RCA).
• Manage deployments, service requests, and environmental support tasks.
• Collaborate with development and cross-functional teams to maintain application stability.
• Conduct log analysis, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring activities.
• Guarantee high availability and reliability of production systems.
