AVP/ Sr Consultant - Medical Research

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute end-to-end medical research strategies aligned with organizational business goals
• Design and oversee clinical and healthcare studies, including protocol development and methodology selection
• Analyze complex healthcare datasets and interpret statistical results to generate actionable insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data science, clinical, and business stakeholders
• Provide expert input on research design, biostatistics, and scientific reporting standards
• Lead, mentor, and manage junior researchers and analysts to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines, ethical standards, and data privacy requirements
• Conduct quality control and quality assurance checks on research outputs and analytical models
• Stay updated with advancements in medical research, healthcare analytics, and industry best practices
• Contribute to business growth through evidence-based research insights and strategic recommendations
