Job Description
- Track and report all of the Bank's technology professional services contracts and suppliers, working collaboratively with stakeholders
- Develop and manage strategic vendor relationships delivering IT professional services across multiple business units
- Serve as primary liaison between strategic suppliers and the bank, facilitating meetings and communications to ensure best outcomes
- Ensure proactive, efficient vendor and contract management including segmentation, key controls, risk mitigation, and performance management
- Prepare and review Supplier Tear Sheets for use by senior leadership in supplier meetings
- Support business efficiency, cost-saving initiatives, and supplier rationalisation projects
- Ensure all arrangements align with Group Key Risk Owner Standards under Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM)
- Support internal/external audits and regulatory reviews; assist Risk and Compliance teams with audit closure
- Ensure adherence to group TPRM policies throughout the vendor contract lifecycle
Stakeholder Management
- Ensure proper documentation for high-criticality contracts in compliance with vendor risk policies and regulations
- Advise on contractual clauses and obligations
- Manage and report compliance to contract milestones
- Address unmet contractual deliveries in coordination with service owners and contract managers
- Oversee contract changes with Global Supply Chain Management and Legal
- Collaborate with Category Managers for contract negotiation and renewal
- Monitor contractual obligations and help resolve commercial disputes via commercial governance
- Support governance meetings with contract management tracking and reporting
- Coordinate with financial teams for reporting and Supply Chain/Legal for contract delivery issues
- Propose process improvements and operational efficiencies
