Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Transaction Execution:

  • Lead the execution of M&A, equity financing, and other strategic advisory transactions
  • Oversee financial modeling, valuation analyses, and client presentations
  • Ensure all deliverables are accurate, timely, and aligned with client objectives

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and decision-makers
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and strategic guidance
  • Identify new business opportunities and cross-sell firm services

Business Development:

  • Develop and implement strategies to expand the firm's presence and services in targeted sectors
  • Track market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions

Team Leadership & Mentoring:

  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning
  • Lead teams in high-pressure, fast-paced environments, ensuring performance targets are met

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment:

  • Collaborate with other departments to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients
  • Ensure seamless coordination between deal execution and client servicing teams

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7+ years of investment banking experience
  • Proven track record in leading and closing transactions
  • Strong network of industry contacts
  • Exceptional financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated leadership skills managing teams in fast-paced environments
