AVP - Investment Banking ( Domestic M&A)

Key Responsibilities:

Deal Execution:

• Lead the execution of M&A, equity financing, and other strategic advisory services within the sector.
• Oversee the creation of financial models, valuation analyses, and client presentations, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic goals.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor to senior executives and decision-makers.
• Collaborate with other departments and teams to cross-sell services and deliver comprehensive client solutions.

Business Development:

• Develop and implement strategies to expand the firm's presence and services in targeted sectors.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive client acquisition initiatives.

Team Leadership & Mentorship:

• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Support team performance by providing guidance on deal execution and client management.

Market & Industry Analysis:

• Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions and advisory services.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in investment banking.
• Proven success in leading and closing transactions, with an established network of industry contacts.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
• Exceptional financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
