Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within the government healthcare sector
• Build and maintain strong relationships with government officials, departments, and key stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to support business expansion and execution
• Analyze market trends, policy changes, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
• Provide strategic direction and mentorship to junior business development team members
• Lead proposal development, presentations, and negotiations with government bodies
• Ensure compliance with government regulations, procurement processes, and industry standards
• Track performance metrics and report progress to senior leadership
• Support long-term partnership building and institutional business development initiatives
