Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business development plans aligned with organizational objectives in the government sector.
• Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and government-led healthcare initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with government officials, regulatory bodies, and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, marketing, clinical, and strategy to drive business growth.
• Analyze market trends, policy updates, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks.
• Lead proposal development, presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions with government entities.
• Provide strategic guidance, leadership, and mentorship to junior business development team members.
• Monitor performance metrics, pipeline growth, and revenue targets to ensure achievement of business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations, healthcare policies, and organizational standards.
• Contribute to long-term strategic planning for public sector engagement and healthcare expansion.
