Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve organizational growth objectives in the government sector.

  • Provide strategic direction, mentorship, and guidance to junior business development and sales team members.
  • Monitor performance metrics, revenue targets, and pipeline development to ensure achievement of business goals.
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations, healthcare policies, and organizational standards.
