Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve organizational growth objectives in the government sector.
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and tenders within government healthcare and allied sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government officials, regulatory bodies, and key institutional stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, marketing, clinical, and product teams to drive business expansion initiatives.
- Analyze market trends, policy changes, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks in the government healthcare landscape.
- Lead proposal development, presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions with government entities.
- Provide strategic direction, mentorship, and guidance to junior business development and sales team members.
- Monitor performance metrics, revenue targets, and pipeline development to ensure achievement of business goals.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations, healthcare policies, and organizational standards.
- Contribute to long-term strategic planning for public sector engagement and healthcare access initiatives.
