AVEVA Engineering Administrator

Experience: 4–5 Years

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, with a preference for Electrical & Instrumentation.

Location: Bangalore/Pune/Mysore/Hyderabad – No restrictions on location.

Role Overview:

We are in search of a skilled AVEVA Engineering Administrator to provide support for the Process/Instrumentation and Electrical sectors. The ideal candidate will oversee the administration, configuration, maintenance, and user support of the AVEVA Engineering environment, ensuring data accuracy and facilitating effective project delivery.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain AVEVA Engineering databases, project structures, and user permissions.
• Offer technical assistance to Process, Instrumentation, and Electrical engineering teams.
• Configure and oversee engineering data structures, catalogs, specifications, and project configurations.
• Conduct database backups, upgrades, health assessments, and troubleshooting tasks.
• Facilitate data integration and transfer between AVEVA Engineering and other engineering platforms.
• Create and uphold administration protocols, standards, and documentation.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure seamless execution of engineering workflows.
• Support system testing, deployment, and migration tasks, including upgrades to the latest AVEVA versions.

Desired Qualifications

• Familiarity with the latest iterations of AVEVA Engineering and associated AVEVA products.
• Understanding of PML programming for customization and automation purposes.
• Experience in engineering data migration, systems integration, and project initialization.
• Exposure to EPC or industrial projects within the Oil & Gas, Energy, or Process sectors.
