Job Description
As an Autosar Developer/Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing AUTOSAR modules, ensuring high-quality software solutions for automotive systems. You will work on the design, development, and testing of complex embedded software components, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results in the automotive domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- AUTOSAR Development: Work on various AUTOSAR modules such as BSWM (Basic Software Modules), COMM (Communication), RTE (Run-Time Environment), OS (Operating System), Security, and Safety.
- Troubleshooting & Debugging: Troubleshoot issues effectively and use advanced debugging techniques to resolve problems within the AUTOSAR software stack.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize CPU load, memory usage, and performance to meet stringent automotive requirements.
- Tool Expertise: Utilize tools such as CANoe, Debugger, and other debugging and analysis tools to simulate, test, and troubleshoot embedded systems.
- Collaboration & Mentorship: Lead and mentor junior developers, guiding them on best practices for Autosar development and embedded systems.
- System Integration: Integrate AUTOSAR components with automotive hardware and perform unit and integration testing.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for software design, development, and testing processes.
- Client Interaction: Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide technical solutions.
Required Skills & Expertise:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in AUTOSAR development, with hands-on experience in modules like BSWM, COMM, RTE/OS, Security, Safety, and CPU Load.
- Debugging Skills: Strong experience in triaging issues and using debugging tools such as CANoe, Debugger, etc.
- AUTOSAR Tools: Proficiency with CANoe and other related tools for debugging and simulation.
- Embedded Systems: In-depth understanding of embedded systems, real-time operating systems (RTOS), and automotive software.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues in embedded software.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical information clearly.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with Safety standards such as ISO 26262 for functional safety in automotive systems.
- Experience with AUTOSAR Classic and AUTOSAR Adaptive platforms.
- Knowledge of automotive communication protocols like CAN, LIN, Ethernet, etc.
