Automotive ODC Manager

We are seeking an experienced candidate for the position of ODC Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the delivery of Automotive Projects
• Leading/Executing/Delivering key automotive projects within timeline, budget, and quality for OEMs.
• Expert in Risk Management, Stakeholder Interaction, Project status preparation and tracking, deliverables tracking, Root Cause analysis on Customer/Internal defects, Productivity Improvements, Providing Resolution, and Implementing Best Practices.
• Good experience in MS Office, Jira, Confluence, Defect Management Tools and Internal Project, Management tools, Doors, SVN.
• Very good process expertise such as ASPICE, Agile, Waterfall models.
• Lead, mentor, retention and motivate high performance project resources for seamless delivery across engagements for all clients, PMP Certified.
• Collaborate with internal functional organizations like practice/Competency, operations, sales teams to achieve business targets.
• Experience in software development, testing and delivery of complex software projects in the domains of automotive development and/or testing
• Have executed software projects/programs of 3 M$ or more
• Have experience in managing customer escalations independently
• Have thorough understanding and experience of managing projects in conventional and agile development environment
• Have led a team of at least 100+ engineers of multiple technology domains / disciplines
