We are seeking an experienced Automation Engineer with a strong background in Selenium to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing automated test scripts to ensure the quality of our web applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium.
• Perform functional, regression, and performance testing on web applications.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and ensure quality standards are met.
• Identify, record, and track defects in the testing process.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve test automation efficiency.
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.

Skills and Qualifications

• 4-9 years of experience in test automation using Selenium WebDriver.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and lifecycle.
• Experience with test management tools and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
• Familiarity with Agile development practices.
