- Overall QA experience 4+ Years with Manual and Automation testing is good
- Automation 3+ years
- Technical skills - Selenium and Java. (Exposure to BDD framework is good to have)
- Decent communication ability
- Any Pega or workflow system testing exposure will be a positive, but not mandatory
- Exposure to Banking is good to have, but not mandatory
