Automation Test Engineer Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Automation Test Engineer Lead to drive end-to-end automation testing initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining test automation frameworks using TDD/BDD methodologies and tools like Tosca. This role requires strong leadership skills and hands-on expertise in automation strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead automation testing efforts across various project phases
• Develop and maintain robust test automation frameworks using Tosca
• Implement Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) practices
• Collaborate with QA, development, and business teams to define test strategies
• Ensure high test coverage, reporting, and documentation for automation processes
• Identify automation opportunities and improve testing efficiency
• Support continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines with automated tests
