Automation AI Engineer

Cradlepoint is seeking an experienced Automation AI Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in RPA Blue Prism. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of RPA design, development, and deployment, with working knowledge of tools like Blue Prism and Power Automate (both attended and unattended automation). Experience with Python and a keen interest in learning Generative AI (GenAI)/agentic AI concepts to enhance automation solutions will be considered a strong plus.

What You Will Do: Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable RPA solutions using Blue Prism and Power Automate (both attended & unattended).
• Analyze and optimize business processes to identify automation opportunities and maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver end-to-end automation solutions.
• Develop reusable automation components with robust exception handling and logging mechanisms.
• Integrate RPA solutions with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Create custom automation scripts or utilities using VBA when applicable.
• Document technical specifications, process flows, and deployment artifacts.
• Stay current with best practices in RPA, low-code platforms, and AI integration.

The Skills You Bring: Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in designing and delivering RPA solutions across various business functions.
• Hands-on expertise in Blue Prism and working knowledge of Power Automate.
• Experience with API integration (REST/SOAP) within automation workflows.
• Familiarity with SDLC, Agile methodologies, and version control tools.
• Exposure to Python, OpenAI, or other GenAI services.
• Exposure in building agentic AI solutions for intelligent automation.
• Knowledge of Power Apps Platform, including Power Apps and Dataverse.
