Audit Team Lead- Treasury Audit

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle audit calendar and assignments: allocate audits based on expertise and available resources, monitor scope and quality of reviews, risk grading, opinion formation, audit finalization, discussions, and closure.
• Conduct audits as per regulatory guidelines, internal policies, and standard audit procedures.
• Critically review existing processes and procedures during audits and suggest improvements to enhance controls and simplify workflows.
• Track audit observations, review responses and compliance, update audit databases, and ensure closure of audit files.
• Support and handle regulatory inspections, ACB reporting, and investigations.
• Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and identify areas for skill and process improvement.
• Ensure effective communication within the team and with higher management.
• Facilitate problem-solving and conflict resolution to maintain a positive work environment.
• Provide training and guidance to develop team members' skills and competencies.
• Track team progress, report updates to management, and manage resource planning and talent development.
