Designation : Audit Associate

Job Title: CA Fresher / ACCA / CPA – Statutory Audit

Location: Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai.

Experience:

• CA Fresher (0 years) OR
• ACCA / CPA with minimum 3 years of relevant experience

Qualification:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with no pending exams
• OR Qualified ACCA (all papers cleared)
• OR Qualified CPA (all exams cleared)
• Strong academic background

Key Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in Statutory Audit (Articleship experience for CA Freshers is mandatory)
• Minimum 3 years of relevant audit experience for ACCA / CPA candidates
• Good knowledge of IFRS
• Exposure to financial statements, audit procedures, and compliance requirements
• Experience with audit documentation and reporting

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Execute statutory audits for clients across industries
• Review and analyze financial statements to ensure compliance with applicable standards
• Ensure adherence to IFRS and other regulatory requirements
• Prepare audit working papers and documentation
• Identify audit issues and recommend solutions
• Coordinate with clients to gather necessary information and resolve queries
• Support senior team members in audit planning and execution

Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of accounting and auditing concepts
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Preferred:

• Articleship experience with Big 4 / Top audit firms
• Exposure to multiple industries
